[Insight-users] ITK 4.3.2 on IOS 6 (HDF5)

Dear all,

I wonder if anybody has successfully compiled the latest ITK (4.3.2) on IOS 6. A couple of years ago, a group of scientists published an insight article demonstrating the process of compiling ITK 3.2 on IOS 3.2 (XCode 3.2.3) (Boris Shabash, Ghassan Hamarneh, Zhi Feng Huang, and Luis Ibanez. ITK on the iOS. Insight Journal, July-December:1-9, 2010). 


I wonder if there's any further development/experiment of the ITK  on the IOS side. I tried to compile ITK 4.3.2 on XCode 4.6.2 (IOS 6 SDK) following the Shabash's paper, and got into trouble to make the HDF5 library to work. Is this library newly added in ITK 4? Seems it requires a certain command line executables to be compiled which is not supported by IOS.
