It looks like you are using several non-standard ITK components which
is preventing me from compiling your code. Can you remove these, as
well as provide a driver program that setups dummy input data and
passes it through the filter?

At first glance, you'd probably want to change

class DifferentiateTensorImageFilter: public ImageToImageFilter<TImage, TImage>

to

class DifferentiateTensorImageFilter: public
ImageToImageFilter<TImage, TTensorImage>
