InsightApplication and ITKApps cmake error that always reporting
ITKV3_COMPATIBILITY error

I've built ITK with ITKV3_COMPATIBILITY on, but when I cmake
InsightApplication and ITKApps,

cmake still throw an error mensioned that InsightApplication and ITKApps
should be built with ITKV3_COMPATIBILITY on.



My building evironment is :

WinXP, 32bit, VS2008
