[Insight-users] ITK-VTK-QT in Windows 8

Hi all,
I am trying to use VTK and ITK in Windows 8, I have problem in making QT
find the headers. I tried find the headers manually but I couldn't find
myself in the build directory of ITK and VTK. It would be great if I could
get some guidance of how to make QT identify my ITK and VTK headers.
