[Insight-users] MultiResolution_Bspline_Region_interest

Hi,

I am performing Bspline multi resolution over a specified region using

registration->setFixedImageRegion(regionReg);

Is it also required to then shift the origin of the Bspline Grids

or does the framework take this into account.

I am having trouble perform multiresolution on a specific region as it
appears to be offset to what I ask of it?

Any help appreciated
