[Insight-users] Liver registration in MRI slices

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your support! I've been busy with other stuff lately, so I did not have the opportunity to look at this issue  until this week...

I have just discovered that this visualization problems happen when I'm trying to register the images using the dicom files directly. However, in my application I load the images and convert them to itkImages, and using these object the registration works fine!!
