[Insight-users] Does itkImageToVTKImageFilter maintain 2 copies of Image ?

Hi,
In the implementation of
itkImageToVTKImageFilter<http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ItkVtkGlue/itkImageToVTKImageFilter>
,
I didn't see ITK setting the
SetImportVoidPointer to VTKImageImport . Does that mean, this filter
maintains
two copies of data ? I have a large image and I do all the processing in
ITK and use
VTK for display only.
