[Insight-users] ITK TPS example

Hi to all. 
I am currently trying to figure out how to use Thin Plate Spline
Registration in the folder of example/Registration. 
It seems like it requires landmarksFile, inputImage, DeformedImage, and
deformationField. 
How do I get landmarkFile and deformationField?
