[Insight-users] ITK - License reference to unknown README file

Hello,

I know itk 3.4.0 is an out-of-date version, but my question about this particular component would be this:

Several files contain the 'itkjpeg' folder with the following note in files:


"This file is part of the Independent JPEG Group's software.
For conditions of distribution and use, see the accompanying README file."

Still, there is no README file included in this distribution (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/itk/InsightToolkit-3.4.0.zip?download). Could you tell me what is the exact content of the README file refered in ITK 3.4.0 and/or where can it be retrieved?
