[ITK-users] Misunderstood ResampleDICOM example behaviour

Having done some more investigating, it appears that the origin that is
returned from the call:

reader->GetOutput()->GetOrigin()
and
reader->GetOutput()->GetSpacing()

are not returning the correct values for the PET DICOM files. I have no
ideas as to why this is...
