[ITK-users] antsRegistration slice to volume

Hi everyone,

I am registering a 3D slice to a 3D volume, using ants, however the output
deformation fields have a faulty direction matrix in the header.

I would then like to change this header info, but can't load the data into
ITK to use the changeInfo filer.  Has anyone experienced this problem
before or have any ideas how to proceed,
