Hi Matt.

I added a small test using a centered balls with fixed radius (100) and
margin (1).

I still don't know if my assumtions are wrong, or if that is a bug.
It would be great, if you could validate that. It might be possible that I
did something wrong, when switching from index to physical coordinates.
Any other comments are welcome as well.
