[ITK-users] Rotation or registration by plane

Hello,

Sorry if this is a dumb question (I feel like it may be).

I have a plane in an MRI.  I would like to either:

 *   Change the coordinate system to refer to this plane (transform coordinates by plane)
 *   Transform the image so that this plane is in the center (transform image by plane)

Is there a registration algorithm that allows this?
