[ITK-users] GPU Manual

I just did a fresh checkout of ITK and clean build on the Mac. When configuring with CMake, I turned on BUILD_EXAMPLES, BUILD_TESTING, and ITK_USE_GPU. 

All the GPU related tests passed.
