Hi Jeff,

Note that the official upstream repository for MetaIO is on GitHub now (I
apologize if the wiki mentions something else).

Should you make any code improvements, we'd absolutely welcome your
contribution via a GitHub pull request. Any patches to upstream will also
be pulled down to ITK.
