Has anyone successfully built ITK 4.5 with the Use_System_GDCM option on the latest GDCM?
I get link errors related to JPEG-LS
I rebuilt GDCM with GDCM_USE_JPEGLS on GDCM_USE_OPENJPEG_V2 on
Building ITK with Visual Studio 2012 the first link error occurs with building itkTestDriver. If I rebuild that subproject alone I get: 1> Unused libraries: 1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\lib\win8\um\x64\winspool.lib 1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\lib\win8\um\x64\shell32.lib 1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\lib\win8\um\x64\ole32.lib 1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\lib\win8\um\x64\oleaut32.lib 1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\lib\win8\um\x64\uuid.lib 1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\lib\win8\um\x64\comdlg32.lib 1> ..\..\..\..\lib\Debug\itkdouble-conversion-4.5.lib 1> ..\..\..\..\lib\Debug\ITKIOBioRad-4.5.lib 1> ..\..\..\..\lib\Debug\ITKIOLSM-4.5.lib 1> ..\..\..\..\lib\Debug\ITKIOStimulate-4.5.lib 1> ..\..\..\..\lib\Debug\ITKGDCM-4.5.lib 1> ..\..\..\..\lib\Debug\itkopenjpeg-4.5.lib 1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\lib\win8\um\x64\comctl32.lib 1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\lib\win8\um\x64\ws2_32.lib 1> C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.0\lib\win8\um\x64\Psapi.lib 1> ..\..\..\..\lib\Debug\ITKVNLInstantiation-4.5.lib 1> ..\..\..\..\lib\Debug\itkv3p_lsqr-4.5.lib 1> ..\..\..\..\lib\Debug\itkvcl-4.5.lib 1> 1>gdcmMSFF.lib(gdcmJPEGLSCodec.obj) : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol JpegLsEncode referenced in function "public: virtual bool __cdecl gdcm::JPEGLSCodec::Code(class gdcm::DataElement const &,class gdcm::DataElement &)" (?Code at ...)
It seems like GDCM is not linking with the JPEG stuff, but I get no errors when complaining linking GDCM,,,,,
THANKS
Rick
