Hi Matt, thanks for the reply.
All these files are in the same directory (main.cxx TrainingFilter.cxx
TrainingFilter.h CmakeLists.txt)
My CMakeLists code is here:
PROJECT (Training)
CMAKE_MINIMUM_REQUIRED(VERSION 2.8)
FIND_PACKAGE (ITK REQUIRED)
INCLUDE (${ITK_USE_FILE})
ADD_EXECUTABLE ( TrainingFilter main.cxx )
TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES( TrainingFilter ${ITK_LIBRARIES})
