Hi Brain,

Many thanks for your help I really appreciate it.  A quick question
however.  I notice that for the last leve of the registration processl, you
choose not to perform any iterations.  Does ants require the inclusion of
this step if no iterations are being performed.  Can one simply ignore the
shrink factor at those stages?
