[ITK-users] using imageseriesreadwrite with 'mat' files

I'm trying to read a series of transforms, but in the past, my displacement
fields have been in the format vtk (which works with imageseriesreadwrite).

Hm. Now that you ask that question, I can see my big misunderstanding - mat
files are not images, just transform parameters.

Would you happen to know a way that I cam accomplish the composition I'm
looking for? *IMAGE*SeriesReadWrite now seems like an obviously wrong
approach :S

Thanks
