[Insight-users] How to fuse PET with MRI after registration?

Hello guys,

I did MRI-PET registration using ITK and display the results using VTK. Now
I want to fuse the PET Dicom image over the MRI in order to mask the
required/lesion region in the MRI.

could someone help me how to convert the PET from gray-scale into iron
colormap and and then fuse over the MRI gary-scale dicom image.
