[ITK-users] Unable to compile ITK 4.2.0

Hi,

I am trying to compile ITK 4.2.0 using Microsoft Visual Studio (VS) 2010 on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise. I am able to configure and generate the project using CMake 2.8.12.2. But when I try to compile the project using VS 2010, the build does not start. How do I resolve this issue?
