[ITK-users] 2D/3D registration

Jim,

I have heard that the ray cast interpolator can be used this way too, but I don't know of any examples or tests that do anything like that. I hope that it still works with the older registration framework. Who know if it works with the ITKV4 registration framework.

Adding this as an example or test would be an excellent contribution.
