[ITK-users] linking error ITK, VTK, Qt5

Arnaud,

This is the gerrit patch that fixed the issue:
http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/15423/

If you cherry pick onto your VTK source and verify that it fixes your
link error, I'll try to get it applied to VTK6.1.
