[ITK-users] Upsample images or Deformation field - accuracy?

Hi Emma,

In practice, for many cases it probably does not make much of a difference.

However, if it does make a difference, upsampling the images first
with an accurate interpolator, like windowed-sinc interpolation,
should be best.
