Yes, it is self explanatory.
I have compiled ITK in 32 bits. The RAM of my laptop is 16 Go.

How can I solve this problem, please?

Isn't it self explanatory? If you have compiled ITK in 32 bits, or have little available memory would trigger such an exception.
