[ITK-users] 3D endocardium segmentation

Hello,
I'm trying to perform a 3D segmentation of the endocardium (the inner part
of the heart) using the Geodesic Active Contour pipeline. The current slice
thickness is 8 mm. The result is not good as expected. Could be related to
slice thickness? If so which one should be the max distance between slices?
