Excuse me Dzenanz, but that's not completely true, because I've tested
Brad's class and it works right.
The problem seems to be that when you add a new neighbor iterator to
include just the mask points in the "histogram" then it is when the
application crashes, and I donot understand why.
If you just comment the 'maskIter' references you'll see that the
application works.
I've created a single threaded class based on the Brad's code and it works
but it is twice slower, that is why I'm interesting on Brad's class
(multi-threaded) to make it work.
