[ITK-users] How to analyse the time taken by each module? and use of ELASTIX in ITK !?!

Thank you all for the reply it was very helpful... and  Dženan this is the
Elastix link http://elastix.isi.uu.nl/... click on download.. two types of
file is available source code and .exe file... pls download the source
code.. browse file
D:\compressed\elastix_sources_v4.8.zip\src\Common\OpenCL\Filters.... ul find
some classes implemented in GPU.. i still have to look into it .. please
tell me if u figure out some thing.. thank you
