Hi all, Is ITK capable of dealing with image stacks which are stored slice-by-slice and which have a varying slice thickness? I.e., the first 20 slices have a thickness of .5mm whereas the remaining slices have a thickness of 1.0mm? If so, how does ITK handle that? Best, JE
