[ITK-users] 3D Registration

Hi Everyone,

I am reading two different sets of DICOM image series in two different
folders to perform a registration. Everything is working fine but when I
write the registration output again as DICOM series images some of the
slices appear as black empty images.

Does anyone know the cause of this problem and how to fix it?
