Thanks for your reply. Sure, it is a runtime error:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'itk::ExceptionObject'
  what():  /usr/local/include/ITK-4.10/itkImageBase.hxx:187:
itk::ERROR: Image(0x1754a90): A spacing of 0 is not allowed: Spacing is [0,
0, 0]
I think there are others who had same problem e.g.  here
