[ITK-users] Problems Using GPU Filters

Following up, I did not have a chance to fully address this. Progress
is started here:

The GPUMeanImageFilter tests are failing:

  itkGPUMeanImageFilterTest2D
  itkGPUMeanImageFilterTest3D

I will take another look in a few weeks.
