[ITK-users] Bug in example ImageFilter

[Chr. Rossmanith]

Currently ImageFilter.h in the wiki 
<https://itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/Developer/ImageFilter#ImageFilter.h> 
includes ImageFilter.hxx but ImageFilter.h from the tar archive includes 
ImageFilter.txx - that makes it difficult for me to believe that the tar 
archive is created from the wiki content.
