[ITK-users] what is the best way to do TriangleMeshToBinaryImageFilter on a region

Hi Lee,

I created a test for the behavior you described (attached). The problem
occurred only with multiple calls to Update of
TriangleMeshToBinaryImageFilter. Can you review my patch
