Corrupt dl

No Bob,
It doesn't seem to be corrupt. Just vtkDebugMacro is shutting me down for
some reason.

Todd, I also am running VC++60 but my vtkdll.dll is corrupt. It was
extracted from vtk22.zip. Did you have any similar problems ?

When I run normal.cxx,  I get errors on lines invoking vtkDebugMacro.  I'm
running MS VC++ 6.0/ Win98 vtk 2.3  6/11/99
