BCBcxxWizard Makefile generator

Dear VTK users,

    I have problems using the BCBcxxWizard Makefile generator.
The behaviour of the Wizard is different when used on a Windows
NT machine (seems to work reasonable) than on an Windows 95/98
environment (lot of include files are missing from the precompiled
header).

Did anyone have similar results and/or has anyone an idea what
could be the reason for this?

Any hints to solve the problem are welcome.
