I've also found that

scalarbaractor->SetPosition2(...) doesn't work properly. 
SetWidth and SetHeight are OK, but SetPosition(...) always places the bar
at (0,0) in normalized viewport coords. 

There seem to be a few problems with aligning it, though 99% or users
probably place it at (0,0) anyway, so...
