Bug in sliceOrder?

<x-flowed>I'm using the sliceOrder.tcl source that we can find in the 
~vtk/graphics/examplesTcl/frog directory to get always the same orientation.

Isnt' there a bug in the is (inferior to superior) transform?
the transform is at follows:

1  0  0  0
0  0 -1  0
0 -1  0  0
0  0  0  1

so it flips the image.. shouldn't it be?

1  0  0  0
0  0 -1  0
0  1  0  0
0  0  0  1
