[vtkusers] VRMLServer examples

Are the VRML instructions still current?

The project I'm working on needs to be remotely viewable ...
VRML, mpeg, quicktime, realaudio ... and hopefully, bundled
it into a .pdf.  Does anyone have working examples or 
instructions?  (I'm also searching the mail archives).

The RPI server pointed to from the kitware.com site does not respond:
