[vtkusers] vtkSynchronizedTemplates3D

Hi,

I would like to get some more information about the algorithms in
vtkSynchronizedTemplates3D/2D
in the patented directory.  The header files and other documentation do
not indicate why one would
want to use these classes  vs. vtkMarchingCubes, for example.
