[vtkusers] Stubs and compiling.

To vtk compiler buffs::

I like to compile my tcl/tk and use a couple of extensions in addition
to vtk. I currently do this with freewrap
(http://home.nycap.rr.com/dlabelle/freewrap/freewrap.html)
but perhaps the new  wrap (see
http://httpd.chello.nl/~j.nijtmans/wrap.html) is more appropriate.


Further I don't want to use a compiler at all so my questions are:

    1. Is it possible to write  vtk as a stub enabled extension?

    2  Has anyone compiled a version of  tcl/tk core  for windows
(preferablely vc)
        with the freewrap  additions to the makefiles?
