[vtkusers] Win2K and VTK24.

Hi,

is there any way I can make a version of VTK older than 3.1.2 work on
under Win2K, including the tkwidgets ? I have some tcl programs with
VTK2.4 that I'd like to use without having to translate then to 3.1.
