[vtkusers] Exceed + VTK

Oops, I meant "DISPLAY", not "TERM" in my last message.  The current
"Offscreen Rendering" thread on this mailing list has some other suggestions
that may apply to you.

    I am having trouble with displaying VTK images when running Exceed.  I
got an error message says:

  vtkOpenGLRenderWindow: Could not find a decent visual.

  Does anyone have solution to this?  Thanks.
