[vtkusers] I can't launch C++ examples with MS Visual Studio

I found what was my problem :

I was not linking with "vtkdll.dll" but with "vtkcommon.dll",
"vtkcontrib.dll", "vtkgraphicsXX.dll"...
My error was that I was launching NMAKE under the VTKBIN directory and not
under VTKBIN/Vtkdll.
