[vtkusers] where can I find vtkHandleMessage2

hi, all,
I found that in vtk MFC Sample application, there is a vtk API 
named vtkHandleMessage2 to handle interaction message. I want 
to use this function in my SDK-Based windows appliction. But I am 
not successful, it states that it is not defined. I also search in VTK 
manul there is no such class. Does anyone know what's the 
problem for this function and how to use it in SDK-Based windows 
application.
