[vtkusers] To image processing community about region growing

Hello,
I'm trying to segment an image (volume). Fisrt, I used the thresholding and 
now I need to separate regions with the same intensity but which are not 
connected.
I tried to use Imageseedconnecivity but it doesn't work
Does anyone have an idea about it??
