[vtkusers] Polyhedron cells?

Hi,

If I have a general cell with M-faces, and some of the faces can have 
N-vertices, where M and N can be 5,6,7,....  Current CellTypes defined in 
VTK for unstructured grid will not be suitable.  Is there any way to deal 
with these odd cells in VTK without having to break such cells into tets?

Pointers are appreciated.
