[vtkusers] vtkLoopSubdivisionFilter in C++

I hope this will do the trick.
 
 vtkLoopSubdivisionFilter *polySubdivision =
vtkLoopSubdivisionFilter::New();
polySubdivision ->SetInput(polyData);
polySubdivision ->SetNumberOfSubdivisions(1);
polySubdivision ->Update();
 
Just suply it with previously triangulated poly data.
