[vtkusers] How to set the radius of a sphere

Hello,

Check VTK/Examples/Tutorial/Step1/Tcl/Cone.tcl and replace Cone with
Sphere and cleanup some other things. If you want two spheres, copy the
spheresource, polydatamapper and actor.
