[vtkusers] vtk on Mac OS X 10.2 and changes posted to CVS?

Hello,
1)	I have successfully used vtk on Mac OS X 10.1 for some time now and 
am very happy with it.  I have tried to compile it on 10.2 (Jaguar) but 
am having trouble compiling cmake with gcc 3.1. Has anyone else had any 
success?

2)    The changes posted by Raphael Sebbe:-

are essential for an OS X/Carbon compile but haven't found their way 
into the CVS source tree yet.
